Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Health & Safety

For the safety of our team, we ask that you notify us in advance if anyone in the household is sick or has been exposed to contagious illnesses. We may need to reschedule the service to ensure everyone's well-being.

Pets

For the safety of our team and your pets, all pets must be securely put away in a designated area during the cleaning service.

Payment

To secure your cleaning date, a 10% deposit of the booked job's base price is required upon booking. This will only be arranged after a thorough consultation.  Remainder is due upon completion of the cleaning service.
